Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Support the Store Supervisor in daily warehouse operations.
2. Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
3. Receive new stocks and verify that the items are matching as per the invoices in quantity and quality and in good condition. If any discrepancies are found, report to Store Supervisor & Accounts Department, and arrange for reimbursements.
4. Monitor stock balance and report to the Procurement Department in consultation with Reporting personnel for the placement of new order and recording of existing stocks as and when required.
5. Coordinate with the Sales team and arrange to order and deliver the products as and when required with proper documentation.
6. Prepare the Sales return form to be send to the Accounts Department.
7. Maintain stock age report and highlight to the concerned Departments for necessary actions in a timely manner.
8. Perform physical inventory check, verify actual location of inventories against assigned location, and initiate corrections as and when required.
9. Upon identifying any defective inventories, inform the Reporting personnel to facilitate replacement.
10. Conduct daily and random audit of stocks for verification of actual vs. system quantity and organize to do year-end inventory counting.
11. Arrange storage in an orderly manner and ensure all stock parts have labels with proper descriptions; the same must be updated in the system.
12. Ensure to encode all relevant information in the system and efficiently generate reports as and when required.
13. Inform the concerned Departments about the stocks that are moving out or coming in the warehouse as and when required.
14. Coordinate with the concerned Departments for the shipment of freights or cargos.
15. Ensure adequate record keeping and documentation of all warehouse transactions.
16. Ensure to maintain the warehouse and warehouse equipment in a clean, safe and an organized condition with the support of the Office Assistant and Store Helper.
17. Ensure that the warehouse is well protected from theft and damages; Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the warehouse.
18. Make sure the Warehouse operations are in compliance to the company set policies and procedures.
19. Resolve issues that may arise inside the warehouse, if it persists, escalate to the Store Supervisor.
20. Ensure to keep up to date with the catalogs of auto parts and utilize new knowledge efficiently for warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
3 years’ quota carrying Storekeeper experience in Automotive field
Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems
Strong Organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
